'This hotel has not been updated for at least 20 years. Stayed here 20 years ago. It is now one or two star dirty halls, dirty carpets even dirty rooms. We had a desk in our room that hardly allowed enough room between the wall and the desk to get to our beds. Showers are showing age sinks are missing parts and overall just a dismal experience would not recommend staying here ever again.'

'We arrived at the check-in time of 4 pm and were told the condo wasn't ready, with no estimate of when it would be ready. Ultimately, we were not able to check in until 7 pm! That was very poor service and unacceptable. Think how ridiculous that is! The description of our unit said that there is no elevator. However, we weren't expecting the unit to be four floors up.
