'Everyone was super kind and friendly. The check in was so easy. From arrival to being in the room was maybe, 7 minutes total. They have a free washer/ dryer for your clothes and free coffee/tea in the lobby. The employees were all so nice and helpful. I really recommend this hotel. Having a terrace to sit outside on and relax after a long day of walking was also pretty sweet.'

'The check at reception a friendly lady helped us very well to check in. The only advice I have is to clean a little better the room (some places are a bit dusty in the appartment). I can recommend this place for anybody else. Everything is close by, rent a bike, bike to the temples or visit the market which is a walking distance from Minn Sanjo. '

'For Japan standard this is a great place. The space is enormous and in very clean and great condition. The hot tube is amazing! But here are con's: - place is not worth for 2 people due the high price. Nice for family with kids or 2 couples. - I was actually missing a coffee machine, specially due the price range Overall nice place with tremendous space but I will book a regular hotel for the half of the price. By the way, the staff is great, helpfull and super kind ! Arigato :)'

'It was a pleasure staying in a quieter area of Kyoto next to the river. It’s an all-rounded hotel whereby the room, service, and breakfast is spotless. One tip for those who are considering staying at this accommodation, you can easily take 206 bus to Kyoto Station.'

'So glad I found this place. Absolutely perfect location. Everything so accessible. Extremely comfortable with everything I needed. They even include hair straighteners! Super clean and technology enabled with numeric keypad so no key card to worry about. I had room on 4th floor with river view. Room is very well equipped and spacious with desk, lounge area etc. Very comfortable beds and room. Pillows a little hard for my personal taste and minimal space around beds but this didn’t detract from...
