'Expedia y la propiedad no aclararon los cargos y tuve que esperar casi 1 hora a que acreditaron el total del dinero que ya había pagado por adelantado. Reserven directamente'

'The shower configuration was ill conceived. It is obvious the hotel takes full advantage of parents who come to see their kids at college by tripling their rates. The Bee and Butter is a draw but you absolutely should be posting in advance if the Bee and Butter is going to be closed because of a private event. Prices for the food and drinks downstairs are very pricey.'

'The room itself was clean, but the bathroom needs to be updated. The beds were very comfortable. The clerk at checking was very friendly.'

'The room was filthy! I had bugs in my room, all over the walls as well as bodily fluids. (I took pictures to share with the hotel and Expedia) unfortunately the staff wouldn’t help with a refund for atleast one night. There was mold everywhere in the bathroom. The pictures speak for themselves. I would highly recommend not staying at this property. It’s very unsanitary & I can’t believe it passes health codes. So disappointing all around. Room 235'

'Property smelled like cigarette smoke and was filthy'

'Inchecken slecht geregeld.

'I booked one night for the Radford Inn, which I chose through Expedia. However, the hotel rep over the phone said the reservation was under the Quality Inn. Same hotel, two different names and rates. Either Expedia ought to addresses this issue, or the hotel runs a questionable business. My reservation was not found under either hotel name, so Expedia did resolve the problem on my behalf. I have as unable to check out because the man at the counter said they don’t do check-outs at that time of...

'Loved everything about it and more!'

'This property was perfect for our weekend. We wanted a private, quiet getaway. This was it! The location was perfect. The check-in/check-out process was smooth and simple. The cabin itself was adorable and had everything we needed. There was plenty of coffee and fixins (which we needed!); thank you for that! It rained the entire weekend, but the fire out looked so inviting. I’m sorry that we missed utilizing that. We will definitely return whenever we get the chance.'

'Dylan was great at communicating with me leading up to my stay. Cabin just down the road from Meadows of Dan . Have great coffee shop and places to eat. Just down the road from Mabry Mill . Close to the parkway. A definite place to put on a re-do next time in the area. Loved the ambiance . Cozy and loved the porch!.'

'This is a nice rustic cabin, we enjoyed sitting on the porch and walking the property, Pretty much everything we needed was provided at the cabin. Our stay was nice, a few things that would have put it over the top for us ……. New beds, sadly the beds were very uncomfortable and noisy, so sleeping well was an issue for us. It is a bit of a walk from where you park to the cabin, we agree with others a little wagon or cart would be nice to put your things in to go back and forth.'

'Cute place and my husband loved fishing the pond!'

'This was a great stay! Quiet, peaceful, and beautiful! Host had great hospitality, super kind, and very accommodating! We will definitely stay here again when in the area next! Highly recommended! :)'

'We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was ready on time, clean, and communication with the host was great. The cabin was private and had a back covered deck perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. The location was great with easy access to wineries and Floyd.'

'Beautiful home with great views - our family really enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean, plenty of space, and it looked better than the pictures from the listing. The garage is a great perk too. Home is surrounded by so much wildlife and beautiful fruit bushes and trees. Front porch sunsets are amazing! The only issue we had was at checkout, the cleaning crew came early while we were finishing packing up, and said checkout time was 10am, even though the listing and email confirmed 10:30am....

'We had a very relaxing, peaceful time. City of Floyd, known as the friendliest in America, was enchanting. Good restaurants, nice people beautiful shops. We can't wait to go again!'
