'Great temps at front desk'

'Great location close to downtown, they are redoing the pool area. It should be nice. Once completed. The only thing I did not like was there was no restaurant or bar on site. Staff was great check in was easy. Breakfast was a nice touch.'

Unfortunately, the room did not quite live up to expectations. It felt outdated, and its location on the first floor right next to the sky bridge made for a less-than-relaxing experience. We were woken up multiple times throughout the night by guests talking loudly, walking heavily, and repeatedly opening and slamming the sky...

'Breakfast was good, room was spacious, beds were comfy, the staff service was bad, they didnt clean the room, even after i talked with the cleaning staff, they wouldnt bring fresh towels, made us get them. There was loose dog food on the floor of the closet in our room. The property was badly in need of a renovation, no outlets in the room for charging electronic devices, etc. the price was decent but reflected the service and the property. '

'the hotel was beautiful and the rooms were nice and large with nice beds. staff was disinterested, breakfast for $18 was nothing and was cold, no yogurt or fruit. 3 days in a hotel and no care in the room, trash can not emptied, bed not made and no towel change. '
