'Ligging is niet top. Op een parking van een Shopping center. Maar kamer proper. Eten zowel savonds als ontbijt was in orde. Super vriendelijk. '

'Ik had de indruk dat het hotel inmiddels een ondergeschikte rol heeft gekregen t.o.v. de welness. Op zich een prima laatste verblijf voor inscheping Newcastle. Afstand tot de boot goed aan te rijden, echter wel rekening houden met traffic jam rondom Edinburgh. kamers een beetje oubollig, lampjes stuk, bad loopt niet goed door en dat is helemaal vervelend als je moet douchen in het bad. Hier en daar wordt alles wat sleets. Erg jong personeel dat wel zijn best doet, echter duidelijk (oudere)...
