'Room had multiple visible red blood stains on the bedding, floor, and bathroom wall/outlet when we checked in late at night. Sheets smelled laundered but were clearly stained. I documented everything with photos and reported it to the manager in the morning. He dismissed it and refused a refund. Expedia support contacted the property but was also refused. This is a sanitation issue, not a preference issue. I would not stay here again.'

'We loved the location with an easy walk to downtown Port. My group of college friends enjoyed a nice time. We meet once a year in a location for 2 nights to catch up. This property provided all the amenities that we require, a kitchen area to gather and chat, a deck area to do the same and a enough space for 8 of us to put our heads down for the night. Fun was had by all. Great town and location '

'The house is new, very clean and has comfortable beds. The kitchen is smaller, but nicely equipped. There was ample parking in the driveway and on the street for 4 vehicles. The games room is a nice addition. The hot tub is clean and hot, all the jets work. Downtown Port Stanley is nearby. We enjoyed our stay.'
