'Friendly staff. Breakfast was meh but it was expected. Would stay again'

'front desk charged an additional $100 fee without notifying us for a pet fee, even though it was a service animal. Upon requesting a removal of the fee they said they needed management approval but did not return calls to apprise us - as they said they would do.'
