'My husband and I stay here every time we come to visit family. The location is perfect due to it being so close to the airport, the included breakfast is very nice, and the hotel is near places to eat/visit. My only gripe is that the room sometimes does smell wet/moldy. Also, the pillows are extremely flat/ uncomfortable.'

'There is a lot of potential for a very nice hotel and grounds, but 1987 was a long time ago. I understand blending with nature but grounds are unkept. Exposed electric wires along the walkways. Very tall weeds and grass around trees and post. The Lake House is totally overgrown with weeds and vines the back deck is overgrown and rotted. The room is well designed and quality materials, but has not been touched since the 80’s. Water takes 5 minutes to get warm. The a/c unit located in the closet...

'sooooo friendly the staff there, the breakfast every morning was phenomenal(seriously it was). SOOOOOOOOOO clean. Gym was great, pool was super nice and clean. To be honest, it exceeded all my expectations. Staff deserves some shout outs! Great 100%'

'Was giving a fifth floor room. Parking lot empty. Air conditioning did not work on fifth floor. Room AC barely worked in its self. Half gallon of spoiled milk in fridge when we walked in. If staff spent more time addressing the facility than on there phones maybe it would have been A 5 Star.'
