'Very nice place to stay'

'The room was quite small, had no coffeemachine. Breakfast was ok but not special. Cleaning the room was not done tilll 4 pm. We did not feel we stayed in a 4+ hotel. '

'Stinkt en oud, koelkast veel lawaai Alleen douche was prima'

'Een nachtje verbleven onderweg naar Rotorua. Vriendelijk personeel, prima kamer. '

'Clean stay but not great for overseas travellers who need bedding provided. We had no idea that bedding wouldn’t be included and needed to “upgrade” to a smaller room with fewer beds but had blankets.'

'Good location and good for a night while going through Hamilton. However,we were booked for 3 adults but only 2 towels were supplied. And small soap for 3 of us to shower twice!!! One of the pillows was just a small cushion packed in a big pillow case!! It was very uncomfortable to get in jet tub which was quite raised to get a shower and get out. Water was leaking from the tub'

'nothing'

'The viewa were good but the stairs were steep hard going for a 70 year old with liggage'

'Het totaalplaatje: alles was perfect.'

'Prima verblijf'

'Great location and staff, fabulous, clean room looking over the rugby parks and stadium'

'Very clean and nice staff.'

'All rooms are upstairs but there is an elevator. We found the young lady at the desk to be polite and she was very helpful. We had two rooms, one with ensuite. The only issue we had was the shower door would not shut correctly. Their were tv's in both rooms but air-con only in our ensuit room. Both rooms has a jug, tea, coffee ect and a our room had a small refrigerator. The main dining and kitchen area was really big, clean, with all you needed to cook meals ect. There was milk, coffee, tea ect...

'Great stay - spacious unit, nice and peaceful with everything you would expect... 10/10'
