'Geweldige ervaring, fijn personeel en niets is teveel '

'We had an absolutely fantastic time at Grand Lexis Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the attention and friendliness towards our children were incredible. The staff went out of their way to make sure our kids felt right at home. They even received a special welcome package, and everywhere we went, they were greeted with a smile. The family-friendly facilities at the hotel are top-notch. The private pools were a wonderful bonus, allowing us to enjoy time with our...

'Clean room stayed for 15 days was only made up when we asked for it Staff I personally felt unhelpful wasn’t willing to help from anything from changing single beds to a double to allowing us check in earlier with a sick traveller from a very rough flight from Australia Breakfast was not accommodating for travellers whom wasn’t from a religious background nor accommodated for travellers from our countries The pool was ok unfortunately the most hottest part of the day the pool was unable to be...

'Didn't enjoy the loud lounge singers heard from the bedroom singing late ino the night, or the terrible pool music. Not given the sea view room I booked, or a quiet room I requested. However room was changed the next morning by helpful reception staff and porter. Beach is very nice but the swinging chairs are rusty and falling apart.'

'Hotel was ok and quite clean but the in-house cafe closed very early'

'Hotel was prima. Boven roomservice besteld. Is uitzelfde keuken.Mijn dochter had een haar in haar pasta.De pizza was nog lang niet...

'Staff not friendly. Room there was no hand face towels, buggy service is good but get in and out from buggy bit difficult for disabled people. '

'They need to have more carparks lots for their visitors.'

'The condo has a stunning ocean view, one of the best you can imagine. The apartent is very clean and cosy. During the work days, the beach and the pool are nearly empty. '
