'This property just made me feel like I wasted all my money.I didn’t get what I paid for.Few things just made me annoyed: 1) The entire room was nasty and not cleaned properly. 2) It was smelling so bad from bathroom drainage. 3) The bathroom drainage was so bad and the entire shower area got flooded. 4) No towel was there and finally I had to call them to provide towels. 5) We found lots of insects which was unexpected. 'Nice hotel but be aware there is an MASSIVE 300 metre hill that is very very steep to get to the entrance. Do not go here if you are old, have bad knees or are not very physically fit. On top of this, there are 8 floors and no lift, so many many stairs. This is the only issue we had, other than that a great place to say and dead central in ella.'
