'Deze resort was maar 11 jaar oud, maar we zagen wel een verval die niet snel werd aangepakt. De kamers zijn groot en voldoen aan alle comfort. We vonden de mini bar erg mager en werd ook niet elke dag aangevult. Buiten eten was beperkt tenzij je een auto hebt en circa 10-20 km naar het noorden reedt. Eten in het restaurant was goed maar ontbijt was hoofdzakelijk gericht voor de Malay klanten.
Personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam en dat heeft onze vakantie toch een voldoende opgeleverd....

'1. Toilet should have soft closure
2. Guider for birdwatcher and nature walk are good but can do better. For birdwatch, should bring the guest to the kayak area where more exclusive bird hang around and not lobby and dinning. Nature walk is quite nice but need a bit more training. For both, best i suggest give a guideline on topic to show and say. And if possible collect or take picture for animal evidence like bird feathers, otter walk around the estate, snake skin. '

'Mijn verblijf in Kuantan was heel leuk de ligging van het hotel is tegenover East Coast Mall en Kuantan Mall. De Berjaya Mall is op loop afstand. Foodcourt is aanwezig in de Malls'

'Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos. Em relação à acomodação, as fotos apresentadas são mais atrativas do que o apartamento em si, que possui características antigas, especialmente visíveis nas paredes. As casas de banho são funcionais, porém escuras. Os corredores de acesso apresentam um cheiro desagradável, provavelmente devido a lixeira próximo a uma das portas do corredor.
Serve como paragem de descanso a caminho das ilhas.'

'This place needs major upkeep. The room was disgusting. We supposed to stay two nights. No way, we left the next day and booked another hotel. I lost my money in the night we didn’t stay, but it was worth it. Also had a major ant problem. Wife couldn’t sleep as she said she kept feeling thing crawl on her.'
