'Friendly staff, clean rooms, every day the room was cleaned. In walking distance of shops, bus in front of accomodation en metro walking distance. With wheelchair good accessible. Had a good time! '

'Excellent stay! The place is nice, quiet, clean. Location is close to 2 train stations. Crossing the street there is a big supermarket with better places than a convenient store. Also, there is a laundry machine in the apt. Only comment would be to add a curtain in the shower '

'It's located in a nice and quiet area. It takes only a few minutes walk to the subway station. My room was clean and staff was helpful. A washing machine was inside my room which was great as I compared it with my stay in Kyoto where I had to take chance to see if it was available or occupied by other guests. I also had a coffee maker with daily compliment coffee capsule which I enjoyed very much. '

'Excellent location, new and clean property, we were offered free upgrade upon check in. Ginza subway line station with elevator is just a few steps away, and we walked to nearby attractions like Ueno park, sansoji temple, kuramae. Room is spacious with all necessary features such as a separate toilet, kitchen with pots, plates and utensils. We were able to use the fridge, microwave, toaster oven everyday which is very convenient. The washer/dryer machine is a plus and easy to use. Housekeeping...

'We had a great stay in Minn Kapabashi. The location is good and the room was very comfortable. The combination of regular beds and tatamis is very nice. Everything was working, but what should be improved is (as there is an indication stove) to get induction capable pots. The regular ones did not sounds good on the induction stove.'
