'Personnel was just amazing! The room, for Tokyo norms, was actually quite spacious. It was always spotless clean after I returned from work. 'This hotel has great location! There is metro entrance next door and the big station very close by. there is European style breakfast place next door as well and restaurants. Room was small but ok. Ventilation in bathroom was minimal so it got easily steamy there and you are not allowed to keep door open as that can make the fire alarm to go off...'

'De locatie van het hotel is prima! Erg leuke omgeving Shinjuku. Perfect als uitvalbasis voor de stad maar ook Shinjuku zelf is erg gezellig om te vertoeven. De kamer was klein maar geriefelijk.. wel een beetje benauwd/warm in de kamer. Verder wel schoon en netjes... erg vriendelijk personeel.'
