'静かで過ごしやすいです。 私は外国人が働いていたら応援したくなるのでフロントに居るのが嬉しいです。 大浴場は疲れが吹っ飛びます。暑い季節になってきましたのでどうなのだろうと思ってましたが入る価値かなりありました。 また福岡に来る際は利用させて頂きます。'

'Fijn (business) hotel. Zeer centraal gelegen; vlakbij het station. De kamers zijn niet groot, maar wel efficient. Wij hadden een kamer met een kitchenette en een eigen wasmachine/droger. Ideaal. Het hotel ligt naast de spoorlijn. Het uitzicht op de treinen is leuk. Het enige nadeel is dat je ze wel hoort in je kamer. '

'博多駅近くで拠点にするには良い立地。それ以外は普通。安心感あるとも言えるし、泊まる以外も期待するなら物足りない可能性もある。 スタッフの皆さんは優しい。'

'First time at this hotel and probably will not stay here again. It is far from the station and the hotel was old. Needs renovation and the bathrooms were small. Free breakfast that was okay. Skipped it on the last day. Liked the fresh food market nearby.'

'Very well located just outside Hakata Train Station. Excellent buffet breakfast. There is also a cozy cafe where you can have tea, coffee & cake (try the matcha cake or the melon tart!). Rooms are tiny (quite frequent in Japan) but everything is there. A bunch of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Also well located if you want to book an excursion because pick up point is in front of the hotel!'

'チェックインの時から親切で、良いホテルでした。お風呂の浴槽と洗い場が別であることも決め手でした。 スマホが普及して問題はなかったですが、ベッドの時計の電池がきれてました。 コンビニや有名な飲食店も近くにあり、立地も良かったです。 朝食は評判通り良かったです。 ウェイトレスのご婦人がとても優しい方でした。若いメンバーに割れないように気を付けて持つのよと優しい口調で話されているのが聞こえてきてホッコリしました。 家で食事しているような安心感を持ちました。'

'Kamer was wat aan de krappe kant. Als mijn koffer stond kon ik moeilijk door de gang manoeuvreren. Maar de kamer was wel compleet goed uitgerust. '

'We accidentally went to the other Forza 1 not knowing there was another with the same name but II at the end of the name. Fortunately it was close by. Maybe a warning to future visitors to be aware of the forza I and Forza II. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay with it being close to the station and great restaurants. '

'The hotel is situated near Nakasu and Tenjin, so both are easily from walkable distance. Hotel is nice, clean and modern. '
