Refused to stay in them and made them change me to the hotel which was OK. The site is very shabby and derelict. But hotel is modern. Nothing to do for children. Wouldn't stay again. »

« Check in was really easy, guy on reception (over the road) explained everything to us and gave us our paperwork. We had a top floor room which was no problem as there was a lift. Room was really clean. The kitchenette was great (although we didn't use it) it had everything you could need. Mattress on the bed could do with being replaced as it wasn't the comfiest but still able to sleep decent. Overall we were completely satisfied with our stay and would definitely book again. »

"This hotel is well located in Manchester, close to all bus routes and within walking distance to many of the attractions and the main shopping centres, short taxi ride to the train station, It is beautifully decorated and well presented, and very clean, lift to all floors The room was large and accommodated three people comfortably , tea & coffee supplies , large ensuite with toilet and Bidet , shower over the bath. there is a restaurant attached to the hotel but it is also close to some great cafes and restaurants Very accommodating and helpful staff There is no fridge in the room but otherwise we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it ."
