'Great staff '

'Lovely apartment, great staff who fixed a hot water issue within 15 mins of reporting. They also checked in with us once again in the morning to make sure all was fine. Can be noisy at night hearing people move around their apartments as there are 4 floors. But not really anyway around that so it’s no one’s fault. Good location with an NCP carpark accross the road.'

While there were some issues with housekeeping, what makes a good stay great is the way it is resolved and the attitude of the team that works front of house. 'The manager/owner was very nice and introduced him self. The apartment was modern and homely, however after an hour of being at the property I noticed my feet were filthy dirty, when the manager knocked I did ask for a mop he said it would be an extra charge to give it a clean, after receiving the mop i went to use to to realise it was already filthy dirty and unable to use. I had to send my husband the shop to get a mop and bucket so i could clean it. We also had to buy bedding due to there...

'Really nice apartment, only about 10 min uber to the center or 30 mins public transport. The check in was so seamless and everything was as advertised. Would definitely go back again.'
