« Staff were nice. However Room cleanliness wasnt great, i did request another room but they were unable to change us over as we hadnt booked direct - so jad to settle with a room full of cobwebs and very stained carpet. Also the room was far too warm. The first morning we ordered breakfast and it didn't arrive despite us reminding staff numerous times. Eventually gave up and had to leave as we had appointments to to to but for 18.50£ persom not good. Still waiting on refund for this. The other...

Next to good hiking trails in the beautiful Ribble Valley Only downside was the rooms on the ground floor get some noise from creaking floors from the rooms above. Last visit was particularly bad because there was a wedding reception so the noise from the floor above went on very late. »

« The staff and service at the guesthouse was very accommodating. My room was a nice size. It was clean, but I cleaned it more to my liking. One thing that was bothersome was, the other guests weren't as courteous and therefore nights early mornings weren't so peaceful. »
