'There was less comfort in the room. Examples: 1. Window could not be opened (broken rope), 2. carpet worn out, 3. iron not performing optimally, 4. doorlock from inside not stable, 5. shower equipment not properly tightened, 6. too much noise at ceiling level from other guests, 7. wifi signal too weak in the room, 8. room not properly cleaned when arriving.'

'Excellent breakfast and dinner. Realy loved it. Very friendly and helpful staff.'

On the second night of our stay, we were awoken by a person coming up the stairs pounding on all the doors on our floor and trying to gain access in the rooms with a key. The person was also slamming the furniture outside the hallway. This went on a few times and then we saw another person receiving deliveries at 3 in the morning and slamming the front door several times. The next morning this same person was...

Mooie ruime kamer.'

'Perfect'

'Great sized room with everything we needed, large bed, good sized bathroom that had a bath and shower, big TV and tea and coffee facilities in the room.Fab breakfast with lots of choice and plenty of it.The man and woman there were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble.A great location for visiting Haworth and free parking so would definitely stay again'

'Goed hotel met heel goed eten'
