« The property was so unclean. The towel smell bad. There was no toilet paper provided. Even thou we ask for it. End up we have to buy. The shower water was so small. You cannot even take a basic bath. Cups was smelly with a fishy smell. Bed was comfortable actually. »

« Checkin wasn’t great. Communication was good but they told us about an unexpected tourism tax just for staying there but we weren’t aware of the tax until we checked in. Wouldn’t have booked with them had we known about a tax. »

"Hôtel parfait pour les familles. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, le personnel est très gentil et plein d’attention. La piscine est génial pour les enfants, mais il manque un peu de transat. Le buffet du matin est très complet, vous pouvez manger à la fois du salé, comme du sucré avec énormément de choix. L’hôtel est très bien situé dans KL, à 5min à pied des Tours Petronas et 5min d’une station de monorail qui vous emmène à Bukit Nanas, un quartier animé."
