'They did provide 2 rolls of toilet paper but for a family of 5 that was not enough for 8 days and you had to purchase your own. The washer/dryer took over 5 hours to wash and dry clothes and typically they weren’t even dry when done. Our downstairs neighbors smoked pot every night which made it impossible to enjoy the balcony. If traveling from USA be sure to realize there is No A/C hardly anywhere in London. 'The property is ground floor and near a road so its very noisy, the windows open wide and cannot be locked open (no security fixings) so you cannot leave open at night unless you want to risk someone climbing in. The apartment is quite shabby, and old- and not good value for money. It was also quite dusty and while superficially clean, not very clean.
