« This is service apartment . For the price paid , very disappointed with the breakfast and the rooms. Better to just walk across to opposition stretch for local bf. The omelette totally raw, The room is huge and that the only consolation. The kettles , cups etc looked used. For the price , I would have expected better. Maybe my expectations are too high, cos I could have paid same and stayed in a better place. »

« Had a good time here in this residence and I did enjoy it. I kept extending my stay cos I love it here in Penang and with the residence. I was blamed for a minor crack in the room’s lamp which we did not do, but we manage to talk with the stuff about it through whatsapp and solve it. Lovely stuff, just the room cleaner they need to be quite and be honest sometimes, even to smile when you greet them. But overall I give the residents a 5 star »

« Highly recommended, I will definitely stay there again when I come back to Penang »

« Ok2 saja. Selesa untuk couple »

« We had a great stay. All of the staff were lovely and the room was clean and inviting. The buffet breakfast was quaint and had enough options to keep you content. The team were very helpful and always had a smile. »

« Helpful host, clean room. Need improvement in kitchen utensils, kettle and pots were stained badly. »

« This is the worst hotel I have stayed in. No daily water unless request, no free coffee or tea. I think the hotel is run by foreigner staff. Restaurant not open for the whole day and the food is horrible. The bathtub is dirty and shower is poor. The whole facility is badly maintained. »

« Good location but with limited parking spaces available. Very near to the Cecil street market. Room's hangers have to be changed, the plastic clip is not holding the hanger anymore! Tried the black coffee at lobby, it's complimentary but would be better to get local coffee from food market or nearby Altertaste cafe! »

« car park and lift are most problem »
