« Everything was fine. The restaurants inside the hotel are very good. The Quattro is the restaurant where you can order pizzas among many good dishes. The pizzas are prepared on the Neapolitan style (round pizza typically prepared in the Italian city of Naples and characterised by a soft, thin dough with high edges and fresh toppings). They are really good, probably best pizzas in town. »

« Like the location, presentation, staff support Lovely restaurants and nice food. Ours was a lovely stay. Suggestion: The swimming pool seems to have a lot of non- swimming activities around the pool- restaurants, party space etc. would be nice if swimmers have a corner/ space and privacy. »

« With the notable exception of Mohamed the concierge and a handful of other staff members whose names I do not have, I was treated with a range of prurient curiosity to obvious disdain. It was clear I wasn’t welcome which is very surprising in a luxury property. The ladies at the check-in desks were notably either too junior to help or downright agressive and rude. What a shame as the grounds, food and spa services are excellent and live up to the property’s reputation. »
