« Brandlehow is the perfect place to relax and refuel. The location is superb, nestled in the woodlands and on the shores of Derwentwater. Most days began with a coffee overlooking the lake, watching the sunrise and the cloud disperse. Beautiful walks from the doorstep and of course a lot of kayaking right from the door. The water levels were incredibly high when we arrived so couldn't make the best use of the launches as we have in the past but enjoyed a trip later in the week. The footpath...

« We had a great week’s stay at Swallows Lodge with our cocker spaniel. Plenty of communication prior to our arrival made it easy to find and access, the property is spacious (especially so for just two of us!) and well laid out. The full kitchen had everything you'd need, the property was spotlessly clean and modern, and the bed big and comfortable. Undoubtedly the highlight is the view through the large bifold doors across Derwentwater, absolutely fantastic. And if you fancy a change of scenery...

« We stay in this apartment every year and we love it . The apartment is close to everything we need and it is beautiful for us and the dogs it is like a home from home we will be back next year with all the family this time can’t wait . I have just recommended Keswick cottages to someone in the park and would recommend them to anyone. »

« Location is great, two parking spaces makes life so easy. We don’t use the car at all once we get to Keswick, local buses are just so reliable. The cottage itself is very comfortable, everything you need to prep and cook in the kitchen, two bathrooms, very nice sitting room for relaxed evenings.
