'Host was very thoughtful in providing the small necessities in making our stay feel like a cozy, peaceful retreat. It is a wonderful cabin with river front views, charming decorations and a peaceful feeling while sitting by the flowing river amongst nature and its beautiful surroundings. We loved our stay!! 'The Islands Resort was ok. Beautiful golf course, clean common spaces, very friendly staff. The room we stayed in was clean, but very outdated and had paint chipping off the walls. We knew the spa was closed prior to coming. We did not know that their upscale restaurant was also closed prior to coming. We ate at the bar and grill the first night, which was fine, but typical bar food. We planned on a nice dinner the following night only to find out it was closed. The bar food was too greasy for...
