« Likes: - Free EV charger - Nice river views Dislikes: - 20% "RESORT FEE" surcharge and $10 daily parking fee; on a $200 room, that adds $50 per day; BE HONEST AND PUBLISH ROOM RATES THAT INCLUDE THESE CHARGES! - Hopelessly worn-out pillows - Large, dark, mainly empty room with tacky outdated pictures and poor interior design - Noisy heater/AC unit, waking me up whenever the fan came on. - No body lotion - No pen/notepad - No microwave - No clock/radio - I had only two (!) hangers in the closet »

« The gas fireplace did not work in our room. You could not turn the shower on without getting cold water on yourself. The rooms are pretty dated. »

« Amazing, just what we needed. All the amenities were top notch and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Our room was well appointed overlooking the pool with a Mountain View. Josef and Ashley at the front desk gave us information that helped enhance our stay. Joel who helped us get our bikes and got us in our way to exploring the rest of the resort gave great instructions. Diane at the gift shop was very kind and helpful. Overall a wonderful stay and we will be back. The food was so...

« It is a nice place to stay for a day or two without having to leave to do things outside. Many good activities to do in one place. »

« I've stayed at My Places over the years. This is first time at this one. Newer, clean and comfortable hotel. Would recommend without hesitation. »

« Fantastic resort offering great value in a peaceful, gated setting. Outstanding amenities, friendly staff, and a solid on-site restaurant. It is a short drive outside of town—so you will need a car to reach the action—but for a comfortable, relaxing overnight stop on a long road trip, it was perfect. »

« Stayed here multiple times. Been amazing every time. »

« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...
