Kies je hotel in Delaware County

'My family and I booked as we were going to the field of dreams site. We wanted a hotel that was close. The check-in process was easy. The outside looks like you would imagine a hotel in a small town would. Upon arriving in her room. The smell of mildew and mold was overwhelming. The air was off and when I turned the air on it got worse. I have a daughter that is a heart transplant. She instantly started coughing. My husband came into the room with his first load of items from the car. He told me...

'This hotel is old and much in need of updating. Air conditioning was loud and didn't really keep the room that comfortable. Had to get staff to turn on power. The room pictures on Expedia are not at all what the room actually looks like. The room was clean enough and had good location. Not a good value for the money.'

'I didn't find anything wrong with my experience in Dyersville, Iowa.'

'Communication was outstanding and the stay was right where we wanted to be for the activities we wanted to do. Very clean and the support was very prompt Will certainly stay here again in the future.'

'We had a wonderful stay at Timberside! Everything thing was clean, check-in was a breeze and everything was as pictured. There are extras included such as shampoo and conditioner, yard games and a fresh loaf of zucchini bread! John was very responsive and the location was perfect. It’s just a couple of minutes from town but you wouldn’t know it once you are there. Our family really enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend.'

'Very nice room and good location.'

'Very homey.'

'The apartment way just as advertised. It is a unique apartment that my family enjoyed. All our needs were met with kitchen utensils and linens for the bathroom and bedrooms. We would stay here again if in the area.'

'We came to the area to visit the Field of Dreams movie site and for the All-Star game. We couldn't have asked for a better spot to stay. The location was amazing and property was beautiful and as described. The extra amenities available for our group were so fun and utilized by everyone, Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. Property is clean and well maintained, and the property managers are friendly and great at communication.'

'Lovely older home is beautifully renovated. More than enough room for our family of 9. Everything and more than you could need is provided. The pool is a real bonus. Location is wonderful within easy walking distance to downtown. Host was very easy to work with. Would definitely recommend this property if you’re in the area.'

'This home is amazing. The living area is so large and roomy, yet feels cozy and comfortable. We just loved it. It is only a couple of miles from town but feels so remote! It is set in a beautiful, quiet country scene with a fun little private drive.'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The home is incredibly spacious, offers fantastic activities, and features an excellent location. If you are planning a trip to Backbone State Park, this home is perfect, as it is just a short drive from the park entrance. However, we did notice a few details regarding the sleeping arrangements:Master Bedroom: The mattress is comfortable but the frame is quite squeaky. A single quiet sleeper will be fine, but multiple people may find their sleep...

'Great place!'

'What a great time! Our family enjoyed all the amenities that the property offered; foosball showdowns at least twice daily, music with a great ambience of the screened in porch, fire pit, grilling, coffee on the deck near the river, fishing nearby, friendly neighbor ducks and dogs. The cabins were easily accessible and very clean. Alex made sure we had everything we needed without even having to ask. And he made it known to reach out if we needed anything and was very quick at responding to...
