« Everything was excellent about our stay other than one particular person working at check in. There were two present. One was engaged with a guest and the other was seated . The person seated made no eye contact as I stood there in front of them. Without looking at me simply said the other person could help me. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Besides that person everyone else was great. »

« Staff is amazing! Expedia sold me an accesible room that was not actually available, the staff did their best to address my need. Hot breakfast is wonderful. Closeness to Ball State, stores and restaurants is convenient. Hotel was a Holiday Inn Express but is in process of changing. It’s an older hotel but again the staff are doing everything possible to give the customer the best experience possible. I had called a couple days ahead to confirm fragrances/plugins aren’t hidden in the rooms. I...

« My key card failed to work on many occasions and I had to go to desk and have it reset. Sometimes I had to wait a long time before a staff member came to desk. That was frustrating. »
