'Location was perfect, Luma Luma just needs a refresh, staff were excellent from management through to cleaning staff, I used the pool daily, temperature was perfect this also needed a refresh. Very close to everything in the CBD.(walking distance), my dealings with the manager Phillip were nothing less than first class, he always went out of his way to ensure my upcoming stay was going to be smooth and accommodating. 'The property is tired and outdated but the space and 90 degree balcony with view is clean and spacious. It has all the amenities you need. Good if you have teens who want their own space. Great base if you’re out and about all day or taking tours to come back to apartment style living, pool is fantastic and the highlight. Locals can be loud at night but felt safe and totally secure on the 16th floor. '

'I have put in a complaint as owner never contacted us (despite many attempts by myself to contact them also) to advise on access to property so we had to do a last minute booking elsewhere. Annoyed at response by phone consultant to 'go to the property and if we couldn't get in they'd help then by arranging alternative accomodation'. Not helpful when we were arriving at 1am.....'

'Kitchen cupboard door broken, water went everywhere when we showered. Main bedroom shower door doesn’t shut. Dust on outdoor furniture Quiet neighbourhood, close to everything, accommodated everyone well '

'Zeer goed hotel met suite bestaande uit een slaapkamer met groot bad/douche, een zitkamer met keuken faciliteiten alle vloeren betegeld. Het geheel is schoon en zeer goed verzorgd. Er is een ruimte met wasmachines en drogers. Het hotel heeft een klein zwembad. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het hotel ligt op loop afstand van het winkelcentrum met restaurants. Het hotel heeft zelf geen restaurant, maar met alles in de omgeving is dat geen gemis.'
