'This is a gem of a hotel which exceeded my expectations from check in to check out. Wonderful staff and wonderful rooms! My room had a lovely balcony, great kitchen with everything you would need, very comfi bed, great sitting area and workspace, big shower space and everything was lovely and freshly decorated. I stayed a week and extended with an extra night as it was such a relaxing place to get my reading done! Great value. Can highly recommend. '

'The townhouse had everything I needed. Check in was wonderful by the host. However Townhouse 42 definitely needs a refresh. couch needs to be steam cleaned or replaced. Stained and torn. Great parking in your own garage and there is a security patrol 24/7 Lake view was amazing and watching the little blue fairy wrens in the backyard'

'Good place to stay. But bear in mind: they are building across the street atm. Check in took too much time. We had to wait 45min. Apartment is very good! Parking is perfect for 10,- but you need to park at the street before checking in. And there’s lack of space, especially if you had to wait 45min to check in. Other than that a very good night and we’ll equipped kitchen. '

'The room was spacious and comfortable enough. Had everything I needed for a simple night. Parking was free in the parking garage on request. There was a long corridor in the bedroom section which was unused space - perhaps meant for a desk? But there was no desk there so it seemed like a strange wasted space. I was on a rear-facing ground floor room and the outside area was small, had a chain link fence and rubbish along the fence line so was somewhat unappealing. I would suggest requesting...

'Sehr gute Lage im CBD. Flagstaff Station nicht weit entfernt. Supermärkte und Restaurants fuußläufig schnell erreichbar. Ebenso wie der Queen Victoria Market, der gleich um die Ecke ist. Check-in Prozess war alles gut beschrieben, wo man den Schlüssel bekommt etc.'

'The city location of this apartment is excellent for all trams and especially Southern Cross station. The room I had was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Great view too. It was clean and fresh towels provided and bins emptied on request. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. My only problem was the noise from the nearby train line. Reception gave me earplugs and that worked well! I would definitely return to these apartments next time I am in Melbourne.'

'A pretty decent place especially for longer vacations. The hotel’s location is excellent with just a short walk to the train and tram stations and the centre of the cbd is just one stop away. The hotel’s facilities are a bit tired but it’s kept running smoothly. The housekeeping is good, consistent and thorough even though there’s no housekeeping over the weekends and public holidays. Any extra things that were needed for the kitchen or for the room were provided immediately. I was a bit...
