We did not cook in the kitchen at all. On check out day the time was 11 a.m., at 10 a.m. he was knocking on our door and we thought that was a bit different. We got moving and left quickly, that was uncomfortable for us.'

'The Never Leaf cabin was clean for the most part. The coffee pot was beyond dirty and I scrubbed it myself to be able to use it. The air conditioner froze up and it got very hot and uncomfortable to sleep at night. The porch was only screened in on 2 sides. The porch also needs more than one rocking chair to enjoy. The property grounds and amenities were great and family friendly but the listing did not explain that it was a shared community space.'

'A very long drive at 10mph on a gravel road to get to the cabin. Only being a few miles from Patoka Lake seemed longer due to the the gravel road (10 mph). Price was a bit high for the cabin. No other issues.'

'We spent our 40th anniversary there 8/19/26, it was beautiful and quiet and the owner's were to nice, we will be back but we will be staying a week. It is well worth it if you're wanting to get away and relax.'
