'The room had cockroaches ,and mice in it. I know things happen ,but when mentioned to the staff they offered zero help and seemed more annoyed than anything. The hallway smelled like pee as well. Given the latter it’s the better of the two in the area ,but I’d travel further than stay here again.'

'Great cozy place to stay. Very clean and nicely furnished. The covered front porch with rockers were a great feature. Kitchen has limited cookware and cooking utensils, but what was provided was in good condition. Limited refrigerator space with a dorm-sized fridge/freezer, so plan accordingly. No closet space to hang clothes up, just a few hooks in the bathroom. Definitely bring your own bedding including blankets. Nice quiet area and friendly neighbors. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Vrbo messed up the dates of my reservation, but the property managers took the time to call and get everything corrected. I was so stressed they gave me an extra dose of friendly southern hospitality. The duplex was clean and comfortable!'

'The air condition unit was leaking water in the basement, we had to keep towels in the floor and still mop every couple of hours. I tried to contact the host about this but they never got back with me. '

'Went fishing out of Safe Harbor boat dock and this is about as convenient as you can get. Two minutes to ramp. Tidy house with nice yard and a working grill! Plenty of room. Host accommodated us on early arrival. Will return. '

'Very nice cabin near Spring Creek. We were able to walk down to the water and fish because the water level was so low this week. Location is a short distance to Sunset Marina. Really enjoyed the private setting. Had some issues with finding it because GPS doesn't always pull the right location and there is no cell service. '

'My family and I stayed here for a few days for a High School fishing tournament on Dale Hollow. We could not have been more pleased. The home was immaculate and fully stocked with everything we needed. It was located just a short drive away from Sunset Marina (where we were launching from). Had a new HVAC that kept us comfortable. We loved the big wrap around deck. Our two teen boys had plenty of space as well. There was a big circle driveway that made it easy to get the boat in and out. ...

'The apartment was clean & had everything we needed for our stay. The smaller bed has a hard mattress, the larger bed has a softer mattress. I’m sharing because these are things I like to know as I’m looking to book a property. We had a great time at the lake & would stay here again!'
