'The staff is ok , the location of the motel is ok, but the room is dated, the air conditioner didn’t work at all, we had to open the door to cool the room; The bathroom also needs renovation, the toilet seat was unstable to sit'

'Our stay was very comfortable. Upon walking in it was very obvious that the property has been well cared for and cleaned very well between guests. We appreciated having tea/coffee etc and also lots of spare toilet paper! It felt like home away from home. However, the check in process is largely an AI system sending auto generated messages, which is fine but their QR code to access the accommodation required a third party app to be downloaded etc (bit of a painful way to access apartment), despite clicking their link and following...
