What keeps setting this hotel apart is the professionalism of the staff, who are extremely helpful, friendly and authentic. A big plus is also the inhouse regular restaurant and the Chinese restaurant. Top quality dishes again served by wonderful staff. Always a true pleasure to stay here. This, and thw good value make this hotel my #1 choice when visiting Bandung.'

'Hotel is still new about a year plus. Location is good. Not far from cihemplas walk & rumah moda. Great Room size, Breakfast spread are marvellous and service staff are excellent. Didn't get their names but all are very helpful. Hotel Maintenance is a plus. All areas look clean and tidy. The swimming pool is a must to visit it's breathtaking.'

'We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad met ons gezin.De zwembaden zijn verwarmd en er is ook een jacuzzi.Het uitzicht op de natuur is heel rustgevend en de service van het hotel is fanatastisch. Daarnaast is er een uitstekend ontbijt in een hele mooie ontbijtruimte en is het een leuke bijkomstigheid dat er 's middags een gratis afternoon tea is!'

'Nice hotel. Close to everything and the staff is very nice and professional. I lost my money clip with money in it and after about 12 hours I realized it was lost so I went to the front desk and it was there with the money still in tact. Safe place and trustworthy staff. '

'　バンドン市街からレンバン方面に少し上った所にあります。急な予約の宿泊でしたが、スムーズに対応してくれました。 　家族5人（大人２，子ども３）での宿泊で、キングサイズベッド3部屋のファミリールームを利用しました。静かな環境でゆっくり休め，インドネシア料理中心の朝食も大変美味しかったです。 　難を言えば、シャワーの温水器が旧式で熱いお湯が出なかったことです。涼しい、いや寒いぐらいのバンドンにあっては温水シャワーは必要ですね。'

'Vila nya oke banget dan bener2 buat tempat sepi dan tenang yg jauh dr hiruk pikuk kota , dan pelayanannya oke bagus juga enak banget bawa keluarga besar karna kamar nya besar2 banget dan lengkap banget ada tv, dapur dan ruang tamu. Tapi akses jalan ke vila nya agak horor ya alias agak susah nu krna di map juga petunjuk jalan nya salah2 semua.. tp nanya2 sama org oke juga dan akhirnya bisa sampai dengan selamat. Pelayanannya cepet tanggap dan mereka semua stand by juga mau panggil malam...

'Mooi nieuw hotel. Nog niet helemaal af, maar prima kamers, rooftop zwembad en uitgebreid ontbijt. Parkeren onder het hotel. Winkels en restaurants in de buurt.'

'De kamer was erg ruim en comfortabel, lichtelijk gedateerd, maar desalniettemin prima. Ontbijt en restaurant zijn prima. Wij zijn hier 1 nacht verbleven als tussenstop en was een goede keus. Zeer voordelig en toch comfort'

'Prima hotel! Comfortabel en prima service. Het ontbijt is indonesisch. Als westerling wilde ik toch graag een gebakken ei, maar dat was elke ochtend (3x) steeds weer "zeuren" voordat je dat eindelijk kreeg. Terwijl in andere Amaris vestigingen elk gewenst ei ter plekke wordt bereid.'
