'I used to stay at Grand Tjokro a lot when it was still called Clarity. It's not bad, but I am not impressed
The sensor for access on the door was not installed.
The toilet was clogged.
The unpleasant smell in the bathroom
The room was clean and tidy.
The staff was friendly, however a lot of young 'kids' in their staff. It looks like an internship or work and learn hotel.
The food selection from the breakfast was really good, however a lot of the warm dishes were too cold(nasi, noodels,...
'Hotel is still new about a year plus. Location is good. Not far from cihemplas walk & rumah moda. Great Room size, Breakfast spread are marvellous and service staff are excellent. Didn't get their names but all are very helpful. Hotel Maintenance is a plus. All areas look clean and tidy. The swimming pool is a must to visit it's breathtaking.'
'Vila nya oke banget dan bener2 buat tempat sepi dan tenang yg jauh dr hiruk pikuk kota , dan pelayanannya oke bagus juga enak banget bawa keluarga besar karna kamar nya besar2 banget dan lengkap banget ada tv, dapur dan ruang tamu.
Tapi akses jalan ke vila nya agak horor ya alias agak susah nu krna di map juga petunjuk jalan nya salah2 semua.. tp nanya2 sama org oke juga dan akhirnya bisa sampai dengan selamat.
Pelayanannya cepet tanggap dan mereka semua stand by juga mau panggil malam...

The location is away from Jalan Cihampelas but it is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Handy for Lembang, Istana Plaza and the airport. Very good value-for-money indeed. Foreigners should be aware that no beer or wine is served.'
'Nice hotel. Close to everything and the staff is very nice and professional. I lost my money clip with money in it and after about 12 hours I realized it was lost so I went to the front desk and it was there with the money still in tact. Safe place and trustworthy staff. '

Perhaps a signage on the main ròad help. Most vehicles including the taxis often missed the location.
The people who managed the place are really friendly and helpful. Breakfast normalĺy is from 7am to 10am. When we need to check out at 5.30am, I asked them to prepare us 4 hardboiled eggs that we can eat at the airport. At 5.15am not only the eggs are ready, even the breakfast is ready.'

'A studio appartement in a modern building. Communication with Travelio was not easy as we did not understand that Expedia was passing us to another similar local agency to manage the rental. Fortunately my partner is speaking Indonesian but if it had been only in English it would have been even more difficult. The place now - basic facility. Two towel and two rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights, this is cheap. The flush in the toilet was broken, we had to use the plastic device in the shower...
