'Pros: The location is perfect and the views are amazing. Cons: The rooms are very worn and dated. The mattress and pillows were really uncomfortable. The TV was almost impossible to control with the remote.'

'Geweldig'

'Thank you'

'It is the most beautiful hotel I have seen in a long time'

'Hotel's location is very efficent for people who likes to walk and explore beautiful Savannah. Old trolley location, very conviniently, just accross the street.'

'Prima hotel! Goed bed. Slecht ontbijt'

'Het hotel ligt heel gunstig. Straat oversteken, trapje naar beneden en je stast in River Street aan het water. Badkamer is niet groot. Wel een kleine keuken. Bedden zijn smal. Ontbijt is goed. '

'Expedia booked the wrong rooms for us when we arrived…..bummer and shame on EXPEDIA. Thankfully Jermaine at Springhill Suites Savannah righted the wrong of Expedia and got us in the KING bed room we booked with Expedia on our second and third nights. The staff at Springhill Suites went above and beyond during our stay! I will stay with them again but will NOT book with Expedia in the future.'

'Room needed some minor maintenance and floor could use a little better cleaning.. walking around in socks and bottoms were gray when went to bed.. floor tiles peeling up around corners, toilet paper holder needed tightening.. kept falling off the wall.. chain for window blind missing so couldn't open blind.. great location within walking distance to downtown sights'

'The friendly staff and all the history!'

'Excellent service and staff. Great location. Lovely hotel. Really nice rooftop. Highly recommend.'

'The room was just as pictured and very clean. The beach is just a few steps away and the ramps are handicap accessible. The staff was very nice and helpful when we needed extra items. There’s a pier next to the hotel and every restaurant and shop is within walking distance. Amazing place to stay.'

'Free dinner snack and drinks'
