'Great location, right on the River Walk. Very tastefully decorated. Overall, room was very clean however the bathroom was not as clean and rather disgusting in spots. Very expensive to eat and drink at the hotel.'

'Room initially given to us had some smell. Requested to switch room and the staff helped us with the request and moved to a different room. However the hotel itself did not feel like a 4 star. It was at best 3 stars. Location is good. Does not include self parking, although plenty of nearby street parking some of which are paid during daytime. '

'We were given drink tokens at check in & offered water, coffee, & fruit. Front desk was excellent! Valet was quick but not friendly & never opened a single car door arriving or departing. You can hear conversations & walking from the hallway inside the room & the hallways smelled musty, “like a men’s locker room” my husband said. '

'There is not enough room to express how wonderful this inn is. The staff is excellent from my questions prior to arriving - Jennifer is amazing - to check in staff, the valet guys were awesome and so friendly and polite, the happy hour was sumptuous, breakfast - excellent. I truly have nothing bad to say. Our room had a small balcony and we were able to watch the river front activity. So cool. Thank you so much River Street Inn!! Our hearts broke a little when we had to leave. '

'Het hotel ligt heel gunstig. Straat oversteken,trapje naar beneden en je stast in River Street aan het water. Badkamer is niet groot. Wel een kleine keuken. Bedden zijn smal. Ontbijt is goed. '

'The first night was a disaster with the room they put us in and not sleep all night. Second night was fine when they moved us up to the sixth floor. The parking felt very safe and secure, but the rates were absorbent.'

'Thr room was drab and mant outlets/ USB connections failed to work. The staff keep telling misinformed information or omitted facts like the valet parking was 58 dollars a day, breakfast is not free and the bill was over 40.00 dollars for your basic eggs, potatoes and coffee. All in all, I was left with the feeling that they quote room then all these extra charges made the decisions for picking this location. Feeling like a gouge that if know I would not have booked. Won't be back ever.'
