'Beautiful hotel. Free parking. Nice gym and right at the base of suspension bridge for those who like a challenge:) Breakfast was good, not included but that is ok.'

'Rooms were zmok but a bit outdated and expensive for their state.'

'Nice and beautiful resort, slow check in, problems with the bill which were fixed smooth and fast. Good pools and food.'

'Everything was good until a person at the front desk overslept my checkout. So instead of driving to the next destination I desperately tried to find someone at 5:40am in the whole hotel for no less than 35 mins to checkout and get my cars keys back Otherwise the place is good'

'Lekker groot zwembad. En shuttleservice naar de stad zijn echte pluspunten. Evenals de vrij beschikbare koffiemachines in het hotel.'

'The staff was very welcoming to our large dog and made us feel very comfortable.'

'Very good hotel'

'The property and rooms were clean and comfortable. We had drinks at the bar after dinners out and the bartender was very personable. The Palmetto is perfectly located near the City Market, Carriages and surrounded by five-star restaurants. Great place to stay.'

'I did not like the policy/practice of no front desk, no concierge, etc. A staff member explained that he or anyone else could help us with any concierge-type questions. It was not easy to find those employees, and on the rare occasion that we did, most often they did not know, have the relevant information, etc. Very disppointing and we found our entire stay to feel unbalanced'

'Fantastische plek, uitmuntende service. Heerlijk ontbijt en een middag-borrel zijn inbegrepen bij de prijs, heel fijn en uitstekende keuzes. Vanaf de Inn loop je makkelijk overal heen. Echt een aanrader!'

'Good'

'The amenities were everything, and I would stay at this hotel any and everywhere available to me while traveling'

'Perfect location for walking and exploring the Market and the surrounding tourist attractions downtown.'

'In de 5 dagen verblijf geen verse handdoeken, geen badkamerschoonmaak.'
