'So i enjoyed the property and my kids had a blast in the heated pool and cabana! The food was delicious and made timely. The hotel room is a lil snug but it was so pretty and danity. I did not like having to pay $3 to dry our swim wear due to the price of the hotel for the weekend, kinda feel drying items should be free. I did have to check my bill because i was charged for breakfast the morning of my check-in and i didnt check in until after 3. They did fix the error but i had to point it out...

'We did not have a beach view room as it was just a quick overnight to see friends. Had we been vacationing we would have selected a beach view. Room was clean but bed was rather soft. Felt like you were sinking. Otherwise, it was a decent stay.'

'Excellent location. Old facility but updated particularly the bathroom. High end room was small. Continental breakfast small but ok. No signage to find check in/parking . Staff generally good except the valet parking attendant who did not offer to load our luggage into the car. Fire alarm forced us out onto the street one evening - false alarm I guess. Crying baby across the hall clearly heard in our room . Rate between ok and good. Would look for a better place for the price.'

'We paid about 600.00 per night for the "city view" and our view was the back of the property, complete with 5 open dumpsters and a parking garage. Otherwise, the stay was really nice and the location is great.'

'No blinds so it was like being under investigation when I went to sleep no cleaner each day office was closed at 8 pm so there was no one to help They shoved towels under a/c units so water wouldn’t go all over the place View was beautiful though that was about it'

'Property needs to be updated. Faucet didn't drain. Tub leaked. Carpets not clean. Receptionist was rude but some others were very nice. Location was good. Breakfast was pretty good. When we first arrived they assigned us to a room across from a room affected by an electrical fire. There was trash and blowers in the hall. They did move us but just down the hall and everything we walked to the elevator eyes watered from smoke fumes.'
