'The property was clean and reasonably maintained. However the room was supplied with 3 bath mats and a face cloth, no hand or bath towels !! This needs to be addressed. This is the second time staying at this location and didn't have bath towels the first time either!!!'

'I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel it’s important to share my experience. The room was extremely disappointing. There were spider webs all over the ceiling, making it obvious that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in quite some time. The baseboards throughout the entire room were covered in dirt and dust, which only added to the feeling that cleanliness was not a priority. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, so taking a shower was not an option. The bed sheets...

'We were a family group of 12. Beautiful location, clean, plenty of space, plenty of dishes, pans, etc in good condtion, great pantry space. Loved the water "toys"! The dock was pretty much all shaded this time of year but the water was atill warm so we made good use of the water float pad, kayaks, paddle boards and life jackets (all sizes and in good condition). We were not only given information about the condo but also with things to do and places to go at Norris Lake. The location of the condo provided easy access to the heated, clean pool and boat slip and a beautiful view from the condo porch which we really enjoyed.the condo was stalked with everything we needed and more. We plan to return and we highly recommend this rental. '
