'Nice room and I was very happy that they had a shower rather than a tub with shower attachment.'

'prima hotel, mooi gelegen op een heuvel waardoor je een mooi uitzicht hebt op de Liberty universiteits- gebouwen/sportcomplex. Nadeel van de ligging van het hotel is dat je wel een auto bij je moet hebben. De bus transfer van het hotel is alleen mogelijk voor bestemmingen die binnen 2 miles van het hotel liggen. Ga je verder weg dan moet je met een taxi. '

'All around great stay'

'This was one of the best stays I had on my 3 week trip! Everyone was very kind and helpful. The restaurant on the roof top was excellent. The rooms were very clean! Very nice place to stay.'

'Was charged $50.00 extra to check-in. Arrived 2:10pm at hotel to work 5pm local event. Staff stated check-in time is 4pm. Stayed at 2 other different hotels beforehand in Lynchburg, VA area to work local events and many more nationally and internationally and never charged extra when rooms were available within a reasonable time of posted check-in. Will never stay at Bella Vista Hotel and Suites again. It's a principle and lost a future customer for life.'

'Staff very friendly. Clean and comfortable.'

'Kamer was prima. Douche was echter minder. De muur aan de zijkant van de douch zag er bouwvallig uit en niet echt aantrekkelijk. Verder zijn er alleen kamers met 2 tweepersoons bedden en aangezien ik alleen was, was het overbodig.'

'Property is very old and it shows. The online pictures need to better reflect the poor condition of the rooms and the property itself. Bedding and draperies are in serious need of replacement. Never again!'

'We travel a lot and this is of the best hotel experiences we have had. The hotel was in exceptionally good condition and the staff was professional and friendly. The hot breakfast was an added bonus. We highly recommend!'

'The Good points: bed was comfortable, micro fridge was a nice size, morning breakfast bagels and cream cheese were good, along with a waffle maker, area was quiet and convenient to the highway. The Bad points: condition of room was poor- shower curtain drooped due to sketchy curtain rod repairs at connection points, shower stall surround missing trim parts, TV remote sticky from multiple layers of scotch tape holding the battery cover on, a/c unit was marginal resulting in high humidity levels,...

'This hotel is directly across from the Academy Center of the Arts, so the location was perfect. The hotel is in need of renovation. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.'

'No review'

'The parking was great but the property is in serious need of a renovation. It is obviously neglected and falling apart. The first room we were assigned had a badly stained bedskirt the carpet was stained and frayed and there was no phone and the TV did not work. The tub was rusted out by the drain and the undermounted sink was hanging off the countertop. The shower rod was broken. All the doors had stains and watermarks. We did ask for a room change and the room was better but still not good. I...

'We enjoyed our overnight stay while we were in town for a wedding. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great'

'Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would stay at this location again.'
