'Breakfast was delicious'

'The staff were rude. We asked for help with the trash — I even called twice on Saturday — and although they said they’d send someone, nobody ever came. When my mother went down to the front desk, the lady there was rude as well. The place smells strange. I paid for a bigger, ‘nicer’ room, but we didn’t get it; it looked exactly like every other room. You could also tell the sheets hadn’t been changed from the previous guest.'

'Wifi didnt work. Front desk wasnt able to help. Neither was the company running the service. Laundry issues. runs on quarters too, however hotel is not able to supply. Besides those 2 frustrating issues, all good, however hotel is stuck in the mid 90's, thats what it looks like. Nothing wrong with that, but its not even trying to compete with the rest. Room windows poorly seal so sound like theyre open all the time. Not worth the price. There are far better options for the same if not lower...
