'Just a simple no frills place to sleep. Breakfast very minimal; not even worth to spend time considering it. '

'Hotel is in a great location to Ball State University and restaurants. It was quiet and parking was great with various doors to access the hotel.'

'Raj was helpful at the front desk and available when needed. We also enjoyed watching the turtle in the lobby.'

'Vriendelijk personeel , schone kamers alles werkte , het ontbijt was voldoende en genoeg parking. Voor de prijs die je betaald een prima hotel.'

'Room did have a blinking light on the fire alarm that flashed bright white all night. Neighbors went in and out frequently and rooms are not noise proof. Breakfast and pool were excellent! Room was spacious. Excellent facilities.'

'Fijne en schoon hotel waar we zeker naar terug zouden gaan'

'We stay here because of the proximity to the football stadium and tailgate fields. It's always too warm and you can't get the a/c to cool it off. It turns off after a minute or two.'

'nice i'

'Just a cozy, wonderful experience overall. Don’t pass up the free breakfast if you stay there on the weekend!'

'Very convenient to IWU campus (right across the street), which was great for visiting our daughter during Homecoming weekend.'

'The host and her family were so welcoming! Communication was amazing! I knew I could always reach out with any issues or questions. Their little farm was a huge plus for our 9-year old daughter! Will definitely stay again if in the area! '
