'Nice apartment, but also some not so nice things: There is no reception. So when you have troubles opening the door, like we did, you have to call and wait till a repair mam arrives at the property and let's you in. During our stay we were ingooien that there would be no water one day. Not a big problem, but inconvenient to have that at 9.30 till 11in the morning. Normally during vacation we like to sleep a bit longer and than start the day slowly. Now we had to make sure to have showed and...

'Mis amigos y yo solo estuvimos un fin de semana en esta casa pero nos encantó, un sitio precioso y tranquilo, en medio de la naturaleza pero a unos 30 minutos de Bilbao en coche. La casa está genial, además la terraza y la zona del jardín son bastante grandes. Muy recomendable, el trato con Juan Carlos estupendo, muy amable y atento siempre.'

We didn’t know this so we’re surprised to not find a hotel representative anywhere when we arrived confused. Maria was fabulous when I found a number to call. It would be great if a hotel representative was on ground floor, or there was a way to ring them from outside. Would stay again! '

'Personeel heel aardig en behulpzaam. Het appartement groot genoeg maar niet voor 1 week, de bedden zijn echt slecht. Max voor 2 dagen. De kamers zonder airco. We kregen een kleintje op de kamer. Maar het was erg warm terwijl buiten niet zo warm was. WiFi werkte niet in het appartement. Locatie is erg goed en zeker voor de prijs in Bilbao. Maar er is geen eetgelegenheden in nabijgelegen buurt. Je moet wel 15 minuten lopen. Al bij al acceptabel voor 2-3 dagen. '

'Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Alles notwendige vorhanden. Absolut zum wohl fühlen. Nur unmittelbar an einer Straße, wo die Autos langbrettern. Aber mit geschlossenen Fenstern ist es ok.'

'We voelden ons meteen thuis en welkom in deze mooi gerestaureerde oude dorpsschool. We hebben genoten van het schitterende huis waar het ons aan niks ontbrak. Alles was netjes, schoon en voldoende aanwezig. De eigenaren zijn erg attent en brachten tips, citroenen en munt uit eigen tuin. Er is rust en ruimte en we konden lopend naar de bakker en ook de zee is op loopafstand. Daarnaast ligt het centraal om zowel Bilbao als Donostia te bezoeken. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!'
