'Accommodation comfort and location was perfect. The small cafe behind the reception was somewhat a mystery, but the following day was displayed a 'for lease' sign. Thankfully other locations next door. OAKS is a wonderful concept, and our first choice as we travel through Australia. Currently staying at Oaks on Charlotte in Brisbane. FANTASTIC!!!!'

'The room was a good size and included a washing machine. It also had easy access to Marvel Stadium and southern cross station via the exit on the 4th floor. Overall a pleasant experience. '

'Walking distance from exhibition center, supermarket across the street. Loud noise from road can be too much with door/window opened. Airconditioning wasnt working very well, so room got hot quickly. Pillows a bit too hard and thick. '

'It was well stocked and I loved the kitchenette, it was so handy and staff were friendly! The only thing I would suggest is deep cleaning the carpet and vacuuming the shared areas as I noticed there was mud in the steps for days plus cleaning the vent in the bathroom which was full of dust, also letting guests know that the shower steam will set off the smoke detector if the ba'
