'I recently stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites in Eufaula, Alabama, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The customer service, particularly from a staff member named Jay, was extremely unprofessional and rude. It made what should have been a simple check-in process unnecessarily uncomfortable. In addition, the rooms were far from satisfactory. They felt outdated, poorly maintained, and not at all comfortable. For a place that should offer rest and relaxation, it fell short in...

'This hotel was a mess. Many features were in disrepair. Cleaners supplies and equipment were left out in the hallway. Advertised breakfast was not served. Breakfast room was an unorganized storage space for all kinds of hotel items like lamps, laundry carts etc. Cleaning service left room door open. The one stafmember was unavailable most of the time. The state this hotel was in gave us the impression that it was about to be closed down and nobody cared anymore.'

'Checked in with ease. My single communication with the host explained everything. House is cute and was nice and tidy inside. We did have to clean up the backyard prior to use, but I don’t suspect the host was aware. No big deal. The neighborhood is also decent, we did not feel unsafe or anything like that. Very convenient and within walking distance to Eufaula’s downtown strip. I expect to frequent Eufaula in the winter months…I’ll definitely return to the bungalow when I am with a smaller...

'The property was beautiful , clean, and in a great location. It has amazing views of the lake from the back deck and sunroom. Loved the swing in the sunroom, i was on it most of our stay. The trail down to water could use a little work and we missed having a fishing dock. The downstairs bathroom is a little awkward due to the door opening to the inside and blocking toilet. Not easily accessible for elderly! Really enjoyed our stay ... it was perfect for the family! '
