'La chambre est confortable et bien équipée avec des produits naturels pour la salle de bain. Le jeune personnel est avenant et agréable. La cuisine est de qualité à des prix raisonnables. Le SPA et la piscine sont appréciables. Par contre, la petite salle de fitness très peu équipée n'est pas digne d'un hôtel 4 étoiles !'

'This hotel is located in the lower town of Tana and that would have been bad, if it weren´t for the fact that it is located next to a small lake which gives it a better feel. The area is run down but the hotel is not. Rooms are fine albeit with a standard design, there are some good restaurants and there is a good shuttle and taxi service. The most impressive was the service attitude of the staff, particularly the reception staff - really excellent. There is a bank in the hotel for money...

Achter het bed stond een enkele stoel, en boven bevond zich een bureautje met een ongemakkelijke ligbank waar je alleen op kon liggen. De bureaustoel was oud en oncomfortabel.
