'Liked the appartment style rooms (unique charm for a hotel), the lounge area on 1st floor was wery cosy. Nice location (pretty quiet one way in downtown Tana) Did not like: only one small bottle was granted and only one large towel while we were two. '

'I likes the hotel & staff for the most part and the food & drink were very good. But the Customer service was lacking, I asked for help with suggested transportation tours but got No response. The AIr Conditioning wasn’t working in my room and the TV had just one French channel & nothing in English. As I understood it was not safe to walk around ar night, There was nothing to do but look at my phone or read a book… No TV News No TV entertainment in my room… rather boring…'
