'Check-in is hopeloos. Kreeg geen toegangscode vantevoren enkel bericht 2 uur voor Inchecken dat ze nog creditcard gegevens nodig hadden. (Alles was al betaald overigens). Maar ja..... onderweg natuurlijk geen internet en dat had ik ze tevoren laten weten. Parking bij accommodatie was er niet, enkel parkeerterreinen in de buurt. Daar hadden ze prepaid plek geregeld. 'This was a really great apartment well stocked. It was nice having a bathroom in each bedroom. It was very clean, the beds were comfortable. It was a 20 min walk to Chateau Laurier. We parked in the recommended parking that was a two minute walk. $20 for 24 hrs'

'The place was lovely and perfect for our needs. It’s close to the Old City gate on Rue St Jean, so everything in Old Quebec was walking distance, and we were also able to easily venture outside the Old City on foot to other restaurants, a jazz bar, the Grand Theatre to see the orchestra, etc. The apartment itself had good heating and cooling (we had a couple hot days, and a couple of nights that got chilly, so had the opportunity to use both a/c and heat). 'We enjoyed this apartment and found it clean and comfortable. We made use of the kitchenette and found that any of our food needs were met by local grocery stores within easy walking distance. It was a short trip to Old Quebec and easy to get in and out of the city. '

'Can be confusing coming into a new city and figuring out logistics. Communicating with the Le Lofts staff was very helpful and they were very patient. Clean, comfortable room. Stairways are very narrow and steep so caution if you are older and possibly have larger suitcases with you. Try for lower level apartments if available. Nice view of the port from the 401 loft. Would be nice if there were a small set of drawers. AC and air circulation system is a bit confusing and instructions...
