'新しいホテルのため、清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。ルームサービスはないですが、1階にあるレストランで客室からの事前オーダーでのテイクアウトができるため、それほど不便を感じませんでした。小さな売店があり、飲み物やお菓子、地元のワインなども売っています。 15時チェックインでしたが、お部屋の用意が間に合っておらず1時間ほど待つことになりましたが、その間は温泉(サウナあり)に入って過ごすことができたので、のんびりと待つことができました。 HANAZONエリアは、これからホテルなども増える予定なのかな。お陰様で静かに過ごすことができました。'

'2度目の利用ですホテルのサービス内容に対しては大変満足です今回はバイキングで夕食をいただきました、料金が割引期間だったのか少し得をした気分でしたメイン料理をメニューの中から1品注文し、その他バイキング形式だったのですがメイン料理が美味しくてシェフさんありがとうございますという気持ちです居酒屋では味わえない素晴らしい味でした！次はまた違うメニューも食べてみたいです'

'Zeer net hotel en ruime kamer met grote mooie badkamer. Gratis koffie en thee beschikbaar gedurende de ganse dag. Ideale plaats om naar het vuurwerk op Toya Lake te kijken vanuit het salon op de kamer of op de gezamenlijke ontsanningsruimte. Hier kan je meerdere dagen verblijven en van daaruit de buurt bezoeken. Aanrader eetcafé ‘Soup curry Gom Gom ‘ op een 15min rijden van het hotel. '

'Have some of the most amazing and tranquil views imaginable of the lake. This hotel is away from the main town but offers a shuttle several times through the day and it is only a 10 minute ride highly recommend taking a ferry to the island in the middle of Lake Toya. The beds were super comfortable, and the food was traditional Japanese, which is not my favorite, but was good quality and generous. The staff were very friendly, but English was somewhat difficult for them. This was a great...

'This is just perfect!!! Has it own perfect beginner slopes and the set up with the rental and lockers is 5m from the chairlifts !! Food is ok with a couple of really good highlights including some amazing sashimi scallops...on the dinner buffet '
