« The hotel manager was very nice. We did feel, however, that the room was not incredibly clean and that it looked nicer in the picture than it actually was. »

« Thea room was musty and the carpeting in the bathroom was damp. Which is probably why there were knats in the room. We had to purchase plug in room fresheners and candles to be able to handle the smell. The only plus was the bed was comfortable. We will not book this hotel again. »

« This is a decent hotel. We have stayed here twice now, each time for 3+ days. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and it’s easy to get to. The breakfast was ok. The eggs were cold and kinda watery, and the biscuits were very hard. There were other breakfast items to choose from (sausage, waffles, toast, bagels, cereal, and fruit).The staff kept the breakfast area clean. We didn’t use the pool or laundry. Overall, we would stay here again. »

« We've come to Branson quite often, but this was our first time staying at Lodge of the Ozarks. We won't stay anywhere else now! The place was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The pool was great for kids and the breakfast was amazing!! »

« On the room they were a couple of broken stuff and the fridge door barely close and was rusty.. some towels were stained and the receptionist have and attitude and don't how ro print a receipt.. Good things was the location that is on the center of everything. »

« The walls seemed thin. We could hear people beside and above us moving around. The tub was extremely slick when you stepped into the shower. The a/c was loud. Now the good!! Bed was really comfortable. The deck had 2 chairs so you could sit outside your room. Around the place itself it was quiet. You could hear birds singing!! »

« Overall I believe this hotel is a great value. There are lots of hotels in Branson and doing comparisons, I was happy with cost, location, cleanliness, and the breakfast amenities. NOTE FOR THOSE TOWING A CAMPER OR BOAT: The driveway in is steep! Not recommended for those visitors. »

« I really enjoyed the 10 PM to 12 for adult time at the pool and hot tub. It was great to get to meet and have conversations with other adults there at the hotel. Everything was very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The workers at the front desk went above and beyond. »

« They are working on fixing up the place. I was wanting to swim but they had it closed with them working on it. They might work on get a bigger place for the dogs to walk outside and go to the bathroom. »

« My wife loves water views...I chose the Villa with a lake view. The unit was modern and fulfilled our needs. We were close to Branson (15 minutes) so it was convenient to get anywhere. It would be easy to rate it 5 stars, but I deducted a star because they use the cheapest tissue products available. You will probably want to bring your own. Other than that, you'll really enjoy it. »

« Excellent stay and fantastic breakfast! The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and located in a very convenient spot. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety and was absolutely delicious. The customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again! »

« When we arrived at the hotel we were told that the pool was closed and would be open at 5pm and would be open till midnight. Apparently they were doing something with the chemicals. We got to our room and part of the window was lying against the air conditioner. I went to tell the front desk. She apologized and quickly got us another room. We then left for our show at the Dolly Parton Stampede. When we returned we went to the pool and it was still closed. The guys at the pool stated it...
