'Really enjoyed the time and we'll be back. Not sure what was going on with their housekeeping staff. First day we had to ask the desk to have the room cleaned after being gone all day and coming back to a dirty room. They apologized and sent someone up. Then the second day, they came through but forgot some of the towels, left very little toilet paper for the second day in a row. Again, we had to contact the desk. Could be that they were using extra summer staff who didn't know the routine....

'Het hotel ligt direct aan de snelweg en is daarmee een perfecte plek als tussenstop op doorreis. Ik was verbaast over het hoge luxe niveau van de accomodatie. Ik had graag het dubbele betaald voor deze locatie. Personeel was vriendelijk, kamers ruim en zeer schoon en heerlijk zwembad om even bij te komen. Absoluut een aanrader, zeker zakelijk gezien. Ontbijt is inderdaad bij het aangelegen wegrestaurant, is van dezelfde eigenaren. Eigenlijk ideaal, je kon bestellen wat je wilde, misschien niet...

'We had an excellent stay at Valdepalacios. The rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable, but what truly made the experience special was the outstanding staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was warm, friendly, and attentive. The surroundings are also stunning, and the bike ride to spot deer is a must. We would definitely come back!'
