'This motel has provided us with easy accomodation that is comfortable and meets our needs. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Some rooms we have stayed in are better than others-due to upgrades. Surrounding area is clean and easy parking facilities in front of your room.'

'The property is old and needs a lot of work but in saying that it is what it is and the price reflects that. The shower, bed and wifi were all perfect which is all I'm after. The decor, bar, dining and games areas brought back childhood memories of family holidaying in the 70's. 'The room was quiet, tidy and spacious with a lovely view and effective heater. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were helpful and reasonably prompt when assistance was needed. Although instructions were to wash your dishes, no detergent was supplied. The large bed appeared not to have had sheets changed as one side of the pillowcase smelt like sweat and there were a few head hairs between the sheets. Ignoring that, we were very comfortable.'

'We had an enjoyable stay. Check-in was easy and friendly, our room was clean and comfortable, and the central heating made it very pleasant on a cold night. There was no noise from the other rooms but you could hear the trucks on the road out the front at night, but it wasn’t too annoying. We would definitely stay there again. '

'Stayed here twice now - in September 2022 and September 2023 - and it's been a comfortable, easy stay. Checking in and out is convenient with the key card safe box system. Beds and rooms are warm and have bar fridges, kettle and a microwave (very handy). Close drive to Jindabyne. Will return.'

'Overall the experience was good. Place was clean and comfy. Good to have air con in all rooms including living room but the filter needs to be cleaned as it was quite smelly whenever air con is ON.'

'It was a fantastic experience for us staying in Snow Gate Apartment. The apartment we stayed in was more like a two-storey townhouse. Clean and tidy. We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine. There are AC and heaters in every room. It's not too far from the snow while much cheaper for a more extended stay. Igor is such a nice guy, he gave us many good suggestions and discounted snow gear hire. I would definitely recommend it and will come back for sure.'
